A 25 minutes Pilates flow for mobility - in particular hips and shoulders. The class incorporates dynamic stretches and strength to help find space in your body - it starts in seated and then we work our way up to standing to finish the class with a balance challenge.
Hopefully this class is nice to have alongside a training plan, in particular for a recovery day.
