NEW Full Body Pilates #98 | Strength with stability
New Classes
•
25m
We start together in standing with breathwork, followed by roll-downs and a hip-opening stretch to warm up the body.
Four-point kneeling brings in bird-dogs for stability, followed by single-leg hamstring work. A side-bend to leg-lift flow targets the obliques and outer glutes, before kneeling quad work with rotation between sides.
We then come onto our front for double-leg kicks. This exercise isn’t suitable during pregnancy, but you can swap it for a child’s pose. The class finishes standing with a squat finisher to bring everything together.
Take everything at your own pace and pause or rest whenever you need.
I hope you enjoy the class x
