In this 20 minute class we start standing for breath work followed by squats, before we move down onto the mat for a glute and oblique flow, with some nice opening stretches between sides. We complete the flow by finishing back where we started in standing.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 28 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
