Welcome to Day 6 of our 7-day Pilates series - designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
Today’s class focuses on stability and abdominal strength. We begin on the mat with dead bug, single-leg bridge, and abdominal curls, before flowing into a side-lying glute series and mermaid. From there, we roll up to standing to finish with planks and roll-downs.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever you need.
