Welcome to Day 5 of this 7-day Pilates series - created to ground your body, calm your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
Today’s class focuses on spinal rotation. We start on the mat with gentle twists and oblique work, then move from kneeling into standing, finishing with lunges with rotation and sumo squats to leave you feeling energised and open.
Skye makes a special appearance towards the end, so Holly steps in to support with demonstrations! Rotation can feel like a little hug for the spine, and we hope you finish this class feeling lighter, more spacious, and beautifully connected through your body.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take pauses or rest whenever you need.
