Welcome to Day 4 of this 7-day Pilates series - created to ground your body, calm your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
In today’s class, we explore extension through a slow, nourishing sequence. We begin with cat/cow, move into quadruped glute and leg work, flow through swimming into a gentle swan stretch, and finish with roll-ups to standing - leaving you feeling the space and length you’ve created throughout the practice.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take pauses or rest whenever you need.
