Welcome to Day 3 of this 7-day Pilates series - created to ground your body, calm your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
In today’s class, we focus on flexion, moving through ab curls, seated roll-downs, and a ab-focused bird dog. We’ll then flow up to standing to finish with a short squat series, helping you feel rooted, steady, and supported.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take pauses or rest whenever you need.
