Welcome to Day 1 of this 7-day Pilates series designed to ground your body, steady your mind, and help you rise feeling strong, balanced, and connected.
In today’s class, we focus on gentle spinal articulation using movements such as shoulder bridges and cat–cow flows. These exercises are designed to create space in the body, improve mobility, and build deeper body awareness.
As always, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take pauses or rests whenever you need.
