A slightly longer class which incorporates stretches for your hips and chest to help make you feel more open, with some balance work at the end to help you feel more grounded.
Have a chair or something to lean onto nearby that you could use for support during the standing series at the end if needed.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
