A standing class which focuses on lower body strengthening - in particular glutes to engage through your pelvic floor, whilst also working on your stability with the lunges.
It's just under 25 minutes and I would recommend having a chair or surface nearby that you could use for support if needed.
It’s a slightly stronger class so choose it on a day that you’re feeling good in yourself and as always listen to your body and take pauses and breaks when needed.
