In today's class we stay down on the mat, we have some nice mermaid stretches with twists to open up through both your hips and ribs, followed by a side-lying series where we focus on outer glutes and then inner thighs (which is great to connect to your pelvic floor!) We then move into seated arms to quads in a high-kneeling position. The class then ends with some juicy hip stretches - hopefully this class will leave you feeling strong in your body and grounded.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 25 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
