This class is a full body flow, with a 4-point kneeling leg series to strengthen your hamstrings and glutes, with some nice hip and inner thigh stretches to finish the lower body sequence. We then have an arm series to help strengthen your upper body and shoulders, before finishing in standing for some squats with some spinal mobility movements.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
