Today's class is slightly stronger to build strength in your glutes and arms. We start on the mat with some single leg work in a 4-point kneeling position, then we move to arm work in kneeling before finishing the class standing with some squats. Hopefully the combination of strength work with stretches sprinkled throughout leaves you feeling energised in your body.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
