This class focuses on hip openings and lower body stability and strength.
We start with a stretchy series on the floor - bringing in rotations throughout the class to open up your chest and upper back. We then finish in standing to work leg and glute strength and balance.
Maybe have something nearby to support you in the standing series as it includes some balances (like a chair or a wall).
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
