This 30 minute class aims to move your whole body, combining stretches and strength to leave you feeling energised. It starts seated with hip openers and arms before moving into a quadrupled position for single leg work, then the class ends in standing with sumo squats.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
