This class focuses a lot on glutes and inner thighs in a side lying and squat sequence. However in between we’ve got some lovely rib and hip openings to give you a nice balance of strength and stretches.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 38 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
