This is a short and sweet standing class - where we get our heart rates up to leave you feeling energised. We start with arms before coming into a side lunge > Curtsey lunge flow, we will be doing some balances so feel free to have something nearby to lean on for support. We finish with a nice calf and hamstring stretch to slow it down.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 37 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
