Pregnancy Pilates #82 | 21 minute standing flow

This is a standing class where we focus on lower body strength, starting with heel lifts to warm up through our calves. We then move into squats, before having a quick pause to work our triceps. We then incorporate a squat with a side lunge before finishing with a standing stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 36 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
