We stay down on the mat for this hip opening flow class. Starting in seated for mermaids before coming into a 4-point kneeling position for glutes, hamstrings and abs. The class finishes with a lizard into a pigeon stretch - hopefully this class will leave you feeling really good in your lower body!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 36 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
