In this class we focus on opening up our hips and side body - from side lying glutes to a half kneeling position where we focus on glutes and obliques. We finish in standing for a squat to lunge challenge before finishing with a nice standing stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 35 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
