I really enjoyed the flow of this class - we start and finish in standing, with tricep focused arm work to start. We then come down into a bird-dog series before coming into a lunge (you might want something nearby to support you in the balances), we then have a sumo squat before working our way back on the other side. We finish together in a lovely pigeon stretch for our hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 34 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
