This is a full-body class, we start in seated for arm work before coming into a side lying series to target our outer glutes, with a nice mermaid stretch and ab series between sides. We then come up to standing for a sumo squat series to target our inner thighs, before finishing with a nice lizard stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 34 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
