This is a 28 minute class where we focus on finding space in our hips, starting with hip openings before moving into side lying and quadruped glutes - with some nice mermaid stretches in between. We finish together in standing for squats with heel lifts.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 33 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
