In this 28 minute class we focus on opening up and creating control in through our hips, with a focus on side lying glutes and standing balances - you might want to have something nearby for support in the balances (like a chair or a wall). This left me feeling really grounded through my feet and lower body.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 32 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
