Pregnancy Pilates #71 | 32 minute outer glutes focused flow

A full-body Pilates class where we focus on our outer glutes which support our pelvis. We start in seated for breathwork, before moving onto a side lying glute series. We have a nice mermaid stretch and hip opener before working into our arms between sides. The class finishes in standing for side lunges into Curtsey lunges to leave you feeling energised!
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 31 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
