We take this class a bit slower, for controlled and mindful movement throughout. We start with a 4-point kneeling series to build balance and lower body strength, before building on this with a standing lunge flow (you might want to have something nearby for support as we find balances). We then have a wide sumo squat before flowing onto the other side. We finish in a juicy pigeon stretch to open up through your hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 30 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
