A 31 minute full body class - to leave you feeling more open through your ribs and hips. We start standing with heel lifts and squats, before moving onto the mat for side lying glutes, mermaid stretches and arms. We then feel grounded with some wide squats before we finish in a hip opener stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 30 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
