Pregnancy Pilates #68 | 24 minute mobility flow

This is a 24 minute class where we focus on mobility, starting with our shoulders and mid back in standing, before moving into a squat with heel lifts to lengthen through the back of our legs. We then come down onto the mat for a bird dog into hamstring series, before working on our abs and shoulders in between sides. We then finish with a nice hip and hamstring opener.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 29 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
