We start this class in seated for some hip and glute openings, before moving into a side lying glute series to work our outer glute muscles. We then move into a obliques sequence before having a nice stretch. The class finishes in standing to leave us feeling grounded.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 29 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
