The sun is shining for this class! We start in seated for some mermaid stretches with rotations, before moving into glutes in a quadrupled position on our elbows, with a kneeling arm flow between sides. We then come up to standing for some squats with heel lifts as a finisher challenge.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 28 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
