This is a nice flow which focuses on opening up your hips (with a bit of strength scattered in!) We start in seated for breath work and mermaid, before we come onto our side for obliques with a glutes finisher. We have a child’s pose stretch before finishing with walking squats.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 24 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
