This is a flow class, with mermaid openings to find space in through the mid-line of our body, we then find a side-lying series which targets our inner thighs. We finish in standing for some sumo squats and stretches. Hopefully this class helps to make you feel more mobile in through your hips and chest.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 23 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
