We start in standing for some calf strength work followed by stretches, before coming down onto the mat for some single leg work in quadrupled. We then move into an arm and then quad flow in kneeling before finishing the class with some wide squats before a juicy lizard stretch.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 21 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
