We warm-up with a stretchy mermaid flow, before focusing on our side glutes and arms. We have some abs in quadrupled abs to safely engage our core, before closing the class with some nice hip and hamstring stretches.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 21 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
