We start in seated for breathing followed by some heart and hip openings. We then do some abs and chests in seated, before coming up to standing for lunges and squats. Then we finish in a deep lizard stretch. This flow should hopefully leave you feeling calmer with a bit more space in your body.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 20 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
