We start together in standing with heel lifts and arms to gently warm up our body before rolling down into a 4-point kneeling position. Here we work through our bird-dogs, before moving up to standing for a lunge and knee drive challenge. We finish in a restorative pigeon pose.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses and rests when needed - Jess is 20 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
