This class features some nice rotations to help find space in your upper body, with some side lying glute work to build your pelvic control and stability. We have some ab and arm work in seated (you're always welcome to have some weights/tins if you would like more of an upper body challenge here). We then finish with squats in standing.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 18 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
