A slow and steady class which focuses on opening up through your chest, back and hips (with some arm work sprinkled in). This should feel really nice in your body, especially if you’re feeling tight around your ribs and hips.
As always take the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 18 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
