Pregnancy Pilates #43 | 28 minute inner thighs and obliques flow

We start in seated for some nice upper body rotations and openings, before moving into a side lying series where we focus on our inner thighs. We then have an oblique flow before a kneeling arm and quad set. The class finishes in standing with some sumo squats to challenge our inner thighs and balance (have something nearby in case you need it for support).
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 17 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
