Pregnancy Pilates #42 | 27 minute full body class

We start in standing for this class, with some stretches and dynamic movements to warm up through our body. We then move down onto the mat for a 4-point kneeling full-body flow.
Throughout the class you’ll hopefully engage through your abdominals (in a safe and supported way) to help support your changing body.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 16 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
