In this prenatal class we have lots of nice hip and chest openings - which should feel really nice if you’re pregnant whilst doing the class (you can of course still do the class if you’re not!)
We balance out the stretches with some side glute, arm and standing leg work - to leave you feeling strong as well as open in your body.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 16 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
