Pregnancy Pilates #40 | 27 minute flow

A full body class where we start in seated for some nice hip and glute opening stretches. We then warm up through our abs and find articulation in our lower spine with our roll downs. We move onto 4-point kneeling for some glutes, before working into our quads to really feel all of our legs. We then finish in standing for a finishing challenge!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 15 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
