I always enjoy a class where we move around the mat, and this does just that! We start lying on our backs, if you're not comfortable in this position maybe choose another class for today.
We have a nice shoulder bridge flow to work on articulation, then we have a lovely side book opening stretch before we come into a side lying glute series (with inner thighs as a finisher challenge). We have a mermaid stretch with a juicy twist before a kneeling arm set, and then we move over to the other side. Together we finish in standing with some sumo squats to feel grounded.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
