Pregnancy Pilates #33 | 32 minute full-body strength

This is a full-body class, where we focus on building strength. We do have some balance work in the class, so maybe have something nearby if you would like it for support.
We start in standing, with heel lifts to engage through the back of our legs, we then transition down onto the mat where we have a flow in quadrupled, before a standing lunge and tricep sequence. We work back through the other side and finish where we started class in standing.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 12 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
