This is a full body class, where we work our way up from seated to standing. We've got some inner-thigh focused side lying (maybe have a blanket nearby in case you want to prop it under your hips to make it feel comfier). We then flow to triceps and quads in kneeling, followed by a short (but spicy) plank series before finishing with wide squats in standing.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
