A satisfying 30 minute class for when you want a lower body focused flow. We start steady with side lying glutes, enjoying a lovely mermaid stretch before a triceps and abs challenge, we finish together in standing with some squats to lunges to really fire up the glutes to finish the class feeling strong.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
