This is a glute-focused class which combines strength work with stretches to hopefully leave you feeling empowered in your body. We have a very spicy glute sequence in a 4-point kneeling position, which we then continue to build on with lunges and wide squats. This is a strong and energising flow.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 10 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
