This class is suitable for your first trimester, we start lying down on our backs, so only do this class if you feel comfortable in this position - I feel really comfortable on my back so wanted to include some sequences with this as an option in case you feel the same.
This class has lots of single leg work, from shoulder bridges to side lying to help strengthen all of the muscles of your glutes which support your pelvis. Hopefully an empowering class to celebrate what your body can do!
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
