A flowy class which starts on the mat and finishes in standing. After warming up in seated we start the more strength-based work in quadrupled, where we target whole body coordination. We finish with squats where we engage all of our muscles from our calves to our fingers with reaches.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed - Jess is 8 weeks pregnant when filming so it is a prenatal-friendly class.
