This is a full-body 30 minute class, suitable for the first trimester. We start on our backs, so only do the class if you feel comfortable in this position (it is safe here if you feel okay lying). We then move into side lying for our glutes, with some nice mermaid twists in seated to find space into our mid-back. We finish in standing for squats and heel lifts to leave us feeling energised and grounded.
As always do the class at your own pace and take pauses when needed.
